Beijing University Students' Internet Entrepreneurship Policy Research

With the continuous development of social economy in our country,the popularization rate of education has also been increased year by year.The number of graduates has risen rapidly.By 2015,the number of graduates has exceeded 7 million.As a whole,the scale of education in our country has been raised.The continuous improvement of human capital has sent a large number of talents to the country's construction and social development,but it has also brought some problems to the society.Among them,the issue of employment of college students is one of the most prominent issue,according to statistics,from 2001 to 2015,China's employment rate of college graduates has remained at between 70%-75%,while the employment rate of college graduates in 2009 reached 68% lowest point in history.From this,we can see that the employment of college students in our country is not optimistic,which is detrimental to the development of national economy.To a certain extent,it is necessary for the general public to doubt the significance of receiving education and to influence the development of education in our country.Therefore,we must solve the employment problem of college students.Innovation is the soul of a nation as well as the standard of economic growth and improvement of the overall level of development in a country or region.Internet entrepreneurship is an emerging field,which reflects an innovation,at this stage of Internet entrepreneurship has been an important way for economic growth in all countries in the world.This group of college students is the promoter of the development of the times.They like to be exposed to new things and are the leaders of the Internet age.Studying university students Internet entrepreneurship not only helps to solve the problem of college students' employment,but also is an important source of achieving sustainable economic development and an important guarantee for the realization of an innovative country.Therefore,this paper takes Beijing college students' internet entrepreneurship as an example to study the existing problems of college students' internet entrepreneurship at this stage,and analyzes the reasons in detail.Finally,based on the experience of foreign university excellent Internet students,combined with the actual situation of Peking University students in the Internet business,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions for perfecting the Internet entrepreneurship system of Beijing university students.Firstly,it is to improve the government functions and strengthen the Internet entrepreneurship policy system.Secondly,implementing the Internet entrepreneurship policy and promoting industrial development.the third is to develop targeted and systematic college students Internet entrepreneurship supporting policies.Thirdly,it is necessary to formulate targeted and systematic college students' internet entrepreneurship supporting policies.
