High school education is the key period for the formation of students’ personality and comprehensive quality.Effective communication between high school class teachers and parents can arouse the enthusiasm of parents to participate in class management.At the same time,the effective communication between the two sides can realize the deep integration of school education and family education.Furthermore,it can also jointly promote the overall development of students.This study suggests that the basic task of the high school class teachers and parents communication should be subordinated to the ordinary high school morality education.The communication between the two parties should be aimed at educating the students.At the same time,communication should avoid one-sided emphasis on college entrance examination scores.The main goal of communication is to help students develop good moral character,perfect personality and form comprehensive quality.Meanwhile,the model of exam-oriented education,the tendency of utilitarianism and the pragmatism of family education are the reasons that influence the effective communication between the class teachers and the parents.In order to improve the effectiveness of the communication between the class teachers and the parents,our school should renew the idea of running a school,perfect the mechanism,and strengthen the construction of the team.We need a good social environment conducive to the benign communication between the class teachers and the parents.In order to realize the overall goal of their communication,teachers should consciously improve their ability and work initiative and the parents should clarify the main position in communication and give full play to the main role.
