Content: It is not only a key factor whether we can form a joint force between schooleducation and family education, but also an important condition to ensure the healthy growthof young students as well as a necessary condition for the school to survive and seekdevelopment by means of getting parents’ strong cooperation through sincere and effectivecommunication between class teacher and parents, moreover giving full play to the role offamily education through mobilization of parents’ enthusiasm in classroom management. Thestarting grade in primary school is not only the period when parents pay most attention tochildren, but also the most easily overlooked critical period in children’s education. It is ableto help children healthily grow up and successfully realize the changing role fromkindergarten to primary lower-grade study, further to adapt to primary school life, if classteachers are able to communicate effectively with parents and keep the teaching philosophy ofhome education and school education in consistency.This thesis takes one primary school in Fuxin city as specific subject to investigatecurrent situation of communication between class teacher and parents, analyzes problemsduring communication, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures through severalresearch methods, such as literature, case study, questionnaire, action research and interview.It can be divided into five parts. The first part introduces the reason to choose the topic,describes the research significance, research content, research methods and its innovation.The second part introduces the related theoretical communication basis. The third part takesone primary school in Fuxin city as object of study to investigate current situation ofcommunication between lower-grade class teacher and parents. The fourth part effectivelyanalyzes reasons for poor communication between lower-grade class teacher and parents. Thefifth part proposes relevant measures for the reinforcement of effective communicationbetween lower-grade class teacher and parents.This study aims to arouse education authorities to introduce relevant measures and payhigh attention to the importance of communication between lower-grade class teacher andparents. We hope class teachers can explore more direct and effective ways of communicationtogether with parents from the viewpoint of teaching practice so as to better foster the healthygrowth of lower-grade pupils.
