As the demand for talents in the development of China’s transformation to adapt to the information age, our country is carrying on a comprehensive education reform. With the reform and development of education in the new era, the integration of school education and family education has become an important measure to implement the education of students. The class teacher and parents communication and cooperative work is an important part of the work of home-school cooperation, it will improve teacher effectiveness, promote students’ all-round development and directly affect the formation of a full range of educational pattern.A sample survey conducted in teacher and the parents of the students in four high schools in Dalian, which are the high school affiliated to Dalian University of Technology, Dalian twelfth school, Dalian thirty-sixth middle school and Dalian Yu Ming high school. We analyzed the data of the communication situation in high school between the class teachers and parents, then sum up the existing problems. The existing problems mainly include:the less Willingness, the low frequency, the drab content, the monotone of mode and the poor communication effect.To solve the existing problems of the communication in the high school between the class teachers and parents, firstly we should change the ideas of class teacher and parents, so that both sides can equal aspects of communication. Secondly, we should improve the ability of communication to improve the communication efficiency. Finally, we improve the communication mechanism and establish a perfect communication system.All these measures are intended to stable a high efficient and normalized model of communication.
