This paper takes Kun cheng primary school in Changshu as an example to investigate the effective communication and cooperation between class teachers and parents.This paper includes four parts:The first part is introduction,which expounds the background of the topic,the research summary,the research methods,the research value and the related concepts.The second part investigates the communication situation.Firstly it has carried on the brief explanation to respondents,secondly it introduces the investigation purpose and main contents,and finally,the basic information of the class teachers and the parents is tallied and the communication style,communication frequency,communication content,communication status and communication consciousness between them are analyzed.The third part is the result and the analysis of the investigation.According to the survey,the main problems in small communication are inappropriate communication methods,low communication efficiency,one-sided communication content,and different focuses of communication and cooperation.In addition,the causes of these problems are also analyzed.The fourth part introduces the strategy of communication.It includes optimizing communication,enriching the content of communication,paying attention to communication arts,improving communication behavior,and clarifying communication topic before communication while improving strategy after communication.The five aspects are respectively analyzed.
