To Construct A Study On The Oath Of Preschool Teachers In The New Era

As the pre-school education of life enlightenment education,the quality of teachers is directly related to the quality of early childhood education.Because of the particularity of physical and mental development of preschool children,preschool teachers must interact with immature children in a long-term and frequent way and must go beyond the general communication,shouldering the dual responsibility of childcare and education,demanding teachers.In recent years,the child abuse incidents of preschool teachers occur frequently.It is an urgent problem to optimize the mentality of kindergarten teachers,pure kindergarten teachers' mind and enhance the honor of kindergarten teachers.In contrast,in today's society,some professions with a higher degree of specialization have set up their own occupation oath system,such as doctors,nurses and lawyers.The establishment of a occupation oath system is conducive to the vowers to clarify the responsibilities and missions of their own profession,to purify their own professional sentiment,to build the oath of kindergarten teachers and to establish the oath system contribute to the construction of teachers 'morality,promote the preschool teachers' specialization,Promote kindergarten teachers in all sectors of society a profound understanding of occupation.On the basis of summarizing the research results both at home and abroad,the author constructs an analytical framework based on narrative analysis,and makes seven professional oaths,including the oath of doctor,vow of nurses,and the more influential 8 oaths at home and abroad,text analysis from four aspects such as narrative amplitude,narrative structure,narrative subject,narrative voice.It concludes that the affidavit is characterized by shortness and dignity,clear structure and active voice.Through the analysis of this article,we designed a questionnaire and interview outline about how to build an oath for kindergarten teachers,and using the NVIVO text analysis software to in-depth analysis the results of the survey.Based on the analysis of research literature,the author summarizes the basic principles of taking the students as the foundation,emphasizing the dominant position of kindergarten teachers and emphasizing professional education behaviors,and drafts the oath draft.The author organizes kindergarten teachers and pre-school teacher teachers to carry out simulated oath.Kindergarten teachers,preschool teachers and students,as well as pedagogy and phonetics experts are invited to make oaths and make corrections and perfections.Finally,a prescriptive draft of preschool teachers' vows will be formed.
