In recent years,the party and the state pay more and more attention to the ritual education,and the ritual education has been widely concerned by the society because of its inherent educational carrier advantage.The ritual education in colleges and universities has the individual function of changing the ideological and political education content,guiding the values and regulating the thought and behavior internally,and the social function of cultivating the political accomplishment,guiding the economic idea and behavior,and creating the cultural environment externally.Taking ritual education as the entry point,this paper mainly studies the problems and optimization countermeasures of ritual education in colleges and universities,and analyzes them from the aspects of concept definition,problem development,reason analysis and optimization countermeasures exploration.This paper first defines and introduces the concept,type,function and characteristics of ritual education in colleges and universities.Among them,the ritual education in colleges and universities refers to the educational mode in which educators conduct ideological and political education,theoretical knowledge education,moral and emotional education and socialist core values education to college students with the help of ritual procedures,so as to guide and regulate their thoughts and behaviors.The ritual education in colleges and universities is embodied in national identity type,festival celebration type,social etiquette type and identity transition type ritual education.It mainly exerts social influence from the individual function and social function of its ideological and political education.It has the characteristics of carrying and symbolism,order and repetition,interaction and cohesion.Secondly,through empirical research on the status quo of the development of ritual education in colleges and universities,this paper finds that the ritual education in colleges and universities presents a development trend in terms of type expansion,attention and function extension.However,from the endogenous power,participants of ritual education service experience and identity degree of education and its role in three ways,discover to there is content,form,and the ceremony education in colleges and universities teaching thinking the lack of time,students' cognition and the content of the education in the rites to participate and educators to stress ceremony education and practical problems such as organization strength is insufficient.Thirdly,in view of the ceremonyeducation in colleges and universities existing problems,this article from the ceremony education theory of cognitive and internal gravity,and external security three aspects analysis,found that the different main body education content,value and status in the rites of cognitive deficiencies,ceremony education from content and form,the main body needs unmet,ought to be weakened and migration,lacks the guarantee of system and external environment and internal operation limited,etc.Finally,according to the problem and the reason analysis,this article from the direction,the kernel optimization,the four aspects of the environment purification and regulations,put forward the ceremony education in colleges and universities should adhere to correct the mainstream values as the lead,to optimize the core ceremony education as the foundation,according to rites and the articles of association of the legal system education for the security,with the aid of collective power of the society,schools and families to guide and standardize the college students' thought and behavior,to strengthen ideological and political education actual effect.
