Research purposes:As a sports worker,we should strengthen the teaching of students’ physical fitness and the thinking of tennis technology,but also because of the volleyball training technology,track and field strength training and Sanda training,etc.inspired by the deepening of the traditional teaching of tennis The method of understanding,and thus put forward to the resistance training method as the main training method into the tennis teaching research.Resistance-resistant training is any form of exercise that can cause muscle contraction against additional external resistance.The main resistance to training methods are rubber band,steel wire,water,to provide resistance to the vibration platform and so on.Resistance training Main purpose training is to enhance endurance,explosive,muscle strength and enhance physical fitness.This paper takes the students of the course of the Tennis Class in the Chang’an Campus of the Shaanxi Normal University as the research object,through the teaching of the traditional teaching and the "resistance training method".In the student’s tennis skills to master,interest,self-confidence,physical health,physical fitness test,the two groups of students to compare.Analysis of different teaching methods,teaching effectiveness of the existence of differences,analysis of the reasons for the development of college tennis curriculum teaching provides some theoretical and practical basis.Research methods:In this study,questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the students’interest in tennis learning,classroom participation and self-confidence in the students of tennis classes in Shaanxi Normal University.The experimental teaching method is applied to the experimental teaching of the rubber band,the push-ups and the sit-up training teaching and the matching table.The experimental teaching and the practice of tennis teaching are analyzed and studied.Research result:The results showed that compared with the control group,the students in the experimental class had a significant increase of 50 meters(P<0.05).The students in the experimental class had a long jump,the seat was flexion,sit-ups,(P<0.01).Compared with the control class,the experimental class boys 50 meters,standing long jump performance has significantly increased(P<0.05);experimental class boys sitting in the body flexion,sit-ups,1000 meters have a very significant rise.Special skill test results:Compared with the control class,the experimental class girls forehand,backhand hit,serve have a very significant increase(P<0.01).Comparedwith the control class,the experimental class boys hit the ball,backhan d hit the ball,serve a very significant increase(P<0.01).Student evaluation situation:Through the form of questionnaires Students surveyed for one semester tennis option course Compared with the control class,the influence of students ’interest in learning class,the influence of classroom participation,students’ self-confidence,were higher than the control class many.Analysis conclusion:(1)the traditional teaching method and resistance training in the "resistance training method" into the tennis teaching,can improve the physical health of students,physical fitness."Anti-resistance training method" to improve the physical health of students,physical fitness effect is more significant.(2)the traditional teaching method and resistance training "resistance training" into the tennis teaching,can improve the learning skills to master."Anti-resistance training method" more in-depth experience,to reduce the physical damage caused by improper action,and find the body of the various parts of the force.(3)resistance training in the "resistance training" into the tennis teaching,but also improve the students’ interest in learning,classroom participation and student self-confidence.(4)resistance training "resistance training" into the tennis teaching,to enhance students’ interest in tennis,the students have a positive role in physical and mental health.At the same time the exchange of students and teachers also have a role in promoting the students to tennis more in-depth understanding,and the tennis as a physical and mental movement to lifelong sports ideas as the goal.
