Archives plays a vital role for each person,college students’ archives is a reflection of students’ growth experience,which is a record of students’ individual learning,life,comprehensive performance and important social activities in the university period,and each student studying during the growth process,is a reflection of students’ growth experience.It plays an important role for college students’ employment,calculation of seniority,promotion and etc.after their graduation to participate in social security.And it has been accompanied by the occupation career,as an important basis for the state and the society for talent selection.The management of college students’ archives is an important part of routine work in colleges and universities.It is of far-reaching significance to do a good job in the management of students’ records.In the rapid development of the society,the importance of college students’ archives become increasingly prominent,the college students’ archives management level has been greatly improved,but there are still many problems,such as student archives management personnel is uneven,professional level is not high,the lack of archival information and etc.The management system of university students’ archives is not perfect,the system is not perfect,and it can not meet the needs of social use.The level of archives management needs to be further improved and perfect so as to better serve the students,society and schools themselves.Therefore,It’s a question worth studying on how to take effective measures,tight with the pace of the times,use the working methods of modern management of archives in colleges and universities,fully meet the students and society’s needs of archives.This study combined with the actual situation of current college students archives management,analyzes and summarizes the existing problems in the management of students’ archives,and puts forward solutions and countermeasures to solve the existing problems of college students’ archives management process to solve the existing problems,provide a reference for promoting the healthy and orderly development of college students’ archives management.
