Design And Implementation Of A Consortium Blockchain-based Archive Management Platform And Recruitment Platform For International Students

In recent years,the number of Chinese students returning from studying abroad has grown rapidly,providing a high-quality talent pool for domestic enterprises’ innovative transformation and sustainable development.However,there are many problems in managing the personnel files of overseas students,which makes it inconvenient for them to find employment when they return to China.The current personnel file management system mostly adopts a centralized data storage method,which is vulnerable to attacks and can result in data being tampered with or leaked,making it difficult to ensure the integrity and authenticity of the data.However,blockchain technology’s chain structure,distributed architecture,encryption and decryption algorithms,etc.,can solve the problem of data being easily tampered with and difficult to trace.Consortium chain is blockchain that have partially decentralized characteristics and and personnel outside the consortium cannot view the data,which is suitable for private data linking.To address the above-mentioned problems,this article designs and develops a study-abroad student archive management platform based on a consortium chain,which provides file material management services specifically for overseas students.In addition,to improve the utilization rate of overseas student archives and break the dilemma of insufficient understanding of job information and limited access in the job-seeking process,this article also designs and develops a recruitment platform based on a project collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm.The purpose of the recruitment platform is to provide employment services for overseas students and enterprises,and accelerate the employment process of overseas student talents.The recruitment platform is divided into the overseas student end and the enterprise end.The overseas student end provides functions such as resume editing,job information recommendation,and job search for overseas students.The system uses the behavior data and archive data of overseas students to find similar users to fill the job rating matrix for job recommendations.The recruitment platform’s enterprise end provides functions such as overseas student resume management,job management,and job candidate management for enterprise personnel.This article has completed the analysis,design,and implementation of a study-abroad student archive management and recruitment platform based on a consortium chain.The system is based on the B/S architecture and developed using the Spring Boot+Vue+Element UI technology stack.Finally,the system was thoroughly tested to ensure the integrity of the system development.
