Research On The Establishment And Management Of College Students Credit Archive In China

With the continuous development of our country socialist market economy, social relations become increasingly complex. Honesty and credit is particularly important, small to personal development and progress, big to a country and nation’s prosperity.They can’t obtain smooth development without the credit which is an important foundation to ensure stable and orderly development of national economy. But because at present our country’s market economic mechanism is not perfect, many areas in order to pursue personal interests, ignore the importance of honesty. So because of credit lack in all walks of life, dishonest phenomenon occurs frequently. As the important social groups, college students are the hope of the country and people and the main force of socialist construction in the future, their credit condition will directly affect the progress and development of the society. Establishing college students credit archive, is not only conducive to increase their awareness of credit, but also to the establishment and perfection of the social credit system in our country.At present, the mainstream ideology of college students group is positive. The majority of college students have good honest moral quality, but the phenomenons of credit absence still exist in the part of the students, such as cheating on the examination, plagiarism, default of national student loans and other bad behavior.In order to supervise the credit behavior of college students,now many colleges and universities in addition to carry out college students ideological and political education to cultivate their honesty,also establish college students credit archive. With the help of the existing research results, this paper aimed at the present situation of college students’ credit loss phenomenon, points out the necessity and significance to establish college student credit file. At the same time combining the concrete practice of colleges and universities establishing college students credit file,the author summarizes the main content and the establishing mode of college student credit file, as well as the macroscopic and microscopic management mode of college students credit archive. Finally, aiming at the problem in the establishment and management of college students credit file,puts forward some concrete countermeasures. Specifically, this paper is mainly divided into five pars: the first part is the introduction, introduces the research purpose, significance, research status at home and abroad, main research contents, research ideas and innovation points. The second part is the credit and credit files, including the concept of credit, the concept and types of credit files. The third part is the establishment of the Chinese college students credit archives, from the necessity and significance of establishing the college students credit archives,it discusses the main content and the seting up manner of Chinese college students credit file. The fourth part is the management of the credit archive of Chinese college students, respectively from the macroscopic and microscopic management of college students credit file two aspects, puts the utilization of college students credit file as a specific business process of microscopic management to discuss and states the college students credit file how to manage specificly on the whole. The fifth part is the existing problems and countermeasures of Chinese college students credit archives in the progress of establishment and management.In general, establishing credit archives of university students is a complicated system engineering, we must adhere to the "unified leadership, level-to-level management" principle, at the same time, the relevant departments of the State shall establish and improve the college students credit file system of laws and regulations, to ensure that the college students credit file can go by. According to the college students credit archives collection scope and the appraisal standard,the relevant workers should use modern management means to realize college students credit archives of the scientific and effective management and query accurately,to achieve nationwide resource sharing.
