The Group Work Involved In The Study Of Emotional Management In Elderly Patients With Cardiovascular Disease

Heart disease is a common circulatory disease.In recent years,the rate of cardiovascular disease is increasing year by year,and it ranks the top in the disease death.In China,one person dies of cardiovascular disease every 10 seconds.Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases are characterized by acute onset,rapid development,and high incidence of family diseases.Most of them are chronic diseases,with long duration and long recovery period.Among them,the largest number of elderly patients.The changes in the social environment caused by the disease,the difficulty of adaptation to the role of the elderly and the lack of the company of family members,and the physical and long-term discomfort,can cause the anxiety,melancholy and loneliness of the elderly patients,which may lead to psychological disorders and affect the rehabilitation.Therefore,attention to the emotional management of elderly patients with heart disease is extremely important.At the same time,with the transformation of medical model from biomedical rehabilitation and "all man care" medical model,the concept of medical treatment has undergone a revolutionary change.The treatment of disease is only one aspect of medical treatment.The concept of psychological and social rehabilitation is gradually introduced into the modern medical system,and the medical social work has come into being.Medical social workers follow the value criteria of medical social work,use professional methods of medical social work to engage in social services,and play different and complicated roles in the process of patients' treatment.This study takes the cardiovascular department of J hospital as an example.Through literature and interview,this study explores the various negative emotions of the elderly patients with cardiovascular disease,and makes an effort to intervene in the emotional management of the elderly patients with the working methods of the medical team,and plays an active role in promoting the rehabilitation of the patients and improving the health of the patients.This article first uses the emotion status questionnaire and the emotion management ability questionnaire to test the interviewees,summarizes the status of emotional management,and then analyzes the emotional causes of the elderly cardiovascular disease patients.Through the recruitment group members of the cardiovascular department of the J hospital,the current negative emotions are summarized and classified.Rational emotional therapyand social support network theory are the theoretical basis,design activities based on the specific conditions of the test and implement support group activities,track and grasp the changes and growth of members,and respond to the needs of members in a timely manner.Finally,the evaluation of the emotional assessment scale,through the practical evaluation,the elderly patients with the help of medical social workers and support group,negative emotions have been actively changed,the quality of mental life improved significantly,to achieve the desired effect.This shows that medical social work can be effectively applied in elderly patients with cardiovascular disease and emotional management intervention.
