With the rapid development of social economy,private colleges and universities,as an important part of higher education,are developing especially rapidly.The rise of a private college and university makes the competition between private colleges and universities more and more fierce.The overall teaching level and professional knowledge level of teachers in private colleges and universities play a particularly important role in the core competitiveness of private colleges and universities.The key to the further development of private colleges and universities is to achieve the goal of talent training through reasonable performance management.Shandong S college was formally established in 1993.In 2011,approved by the ministry of education of the People's Republic of China,it was officially upgraded to an ordinary undergraduate university.This paper,taking Shandong college teachers performance management program design as an example,the redundant resources theory,theory of human nature management,incentive management theory and behavioral science theory as the backing,in view of the college of Shandong S current performance management system is analyzed,according to the elements method,target management and 360 degree performance appraisal method of performance evaluation methods,such as,through the form of questionnaire and found that the performance indicators,performance appraisal lack of regulatory system,and the institute of Shandong "S performance management,analysis of the causes of the deficiencies in the performance management system in its current is improved,the performance management scheme design.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: first,Shandong S university has unreasonable performance indicators and non-transparent information in the performance plan;Ignoring the performance guidance link,teachers have few feedback channels to their superiors;Performance appraisal pro cess without supervision department,easy to lead to the unfair phenomenon of the appraisal process;The performance feedback system is not clear,and there is not much difference between the rewards and punishments.Second,based on the objective and fair,practical,the principle of combining qualitative quantitative index weight for the redrawing,combining elements of assessment method to increase the short-term performance appraisal,complement of part-time teachers performance appraisal,improve the assessment results from four aspects,such as the design scheme of performance manage ment of the college,and form a complete set of perfect measures.
