With the popularization of higher education in China,the number of colleges and universities is increasing rapidly,and the competition among colleges and universities,especially private colleges and universities,is increasingly fierce.Strengthening the connotation construction of private colleges and universities is one of the effective means to deal with the competition,and the construction of teaching staff is the basis for the sustainable development of private colleges and universities.In recent years,private colleges and universities mainly focus on strengthening teaching management and teachers’ scientific research management.The risk management of teachers’ team construction project is still lack of management consciousness and management ability,which will greatly harm the healthy development of private colleges and universities.It is necessary to pay attention to the risk management of the construction project of teachers’ team in private colleges and universities,and actively explore how to use scientific and efficient management methods to deal with risks.It is of great practical significance and theoretical value to realize the development goals of private colleges and universities and serve the local economy.According to the basic principle of "analyzing the current situation,exposing the problems,summarizing the causes and constructing the scheme",and starting from the relevant background,this paper analyzes the necessity of the application of risk management in the teaching staff construction project of C college.By using the methods of questionnaire,interview and expert scoring,the risk of teaching staff construction project is identified and evaluated.This paper summarizes the various types and identification methods of the risks in the teaching staff construction project,and puts forward the prevention and management measures for the risks.To promote C college to do a good job in the construction of teaching staff,and then to build a stable and high-quality teaching staff,promote the healthy and sustainable development of private colleges and universities,so as to serve the local economy and comprehensively improve the quality of higher education in China.
