Study Of The Campus Culture Construction Based On Project Management

With the development of society,nowadays colleges are facing fierce competition.While strengthening the hardware construction,they also struggling strengthen the campus culture construction,improve the management concept,cultivate strong creative consciousness,and improve the core competence of universities.As a kind of system theory,project management is an inevitable choice in the campus culture construction.The research ideas of the article are as follows: with the combination of theoretical research and applied research,it expounds the concept and characteristics of project management and the campus culture construction,and it clarifies the relationship between project management and campus culture construction.Using literature analysis,empirical analysis and comparative analysis,it analyzes the present situation of Yulin Normal University campus culture construction and the existing problems:the construction of campus culture is not balanced and the planning is deficient.In addition,pay attention to the external construction of campus material culture,the connotation of the development of spiritual culture,in the development of the imbalance,resulting in the work of passive.The organization of campus cultural activities and the integration of resources allocation needs more powerful and effective;the level of leadership and management of the construction of campus culture and management quality should be improved;the evaluation system of the construction of campus culture and incentive mechanism to be improved.Finally,the article uses the related theory of project management in Yulin Normal University campus culture construction and put forward the following suggestions: to strengthen the leading role of campus culture construction on project management;to carry out the classified management of campus culture construction on project management;to improve the project management system.Project management application in the construction of campus culture,not only can widen into every aspect of school management,such as students' dormitory management,library management services,logistics,property management,etc.Through the project management can improve the work of management level and efficiency.It can save the cost,let more people to share the achievements in the development of campus culture.
