Occupational burnout refers to the emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and low sense of personal achievement produced by the individuals during the process of service delivery. Since American psychologist Freudenbergerc put forward the concept of "occupational burnout" for the first time, many researchers conducted various studies in terms of this phenomenon from different aspects. Teachers as a kind of social occupation, will also produce occupational burnout. Occupational burnout of teachers refers to the working pressure even extreme reactions generated by heavy and high-duty works, which can be illustrated as the depletion conditions in emotion,standpoint and behaviors produced under high and long-lasting pressure working environment. With the' increasing attention of pre-school education, kindergarten teachers have become one of the high-pressure work groups, and their Occupational burnout has become a hot spot for researchers. Occupational burnout hinders the healthy development of preschool teachers, and then affects the healthy development of young children. Therefore, it is great theoretical and practical significance to study the Occupational burnout of kindergarten teachers. According to the studies both of abroad and domestic, scholars have systematically studied teachers' occupational burnout and found that social support is significantly related to teachers' occupational burnout. The role conflict is significantly related to teachers' occupational burnout.However, there are few studies on the phenomenon of occupational burnout and the influencing factors of kindergarten teachers. There are few studies on the influence of social support and role conflict on the occupational burnout of kindergarten teachers,and the study of the relationship among three of them is more rare. Therefore, this study based on the questionnaire, related materials and abundant data materials,analyzed and thought deeply in the aspects of social support, role conflict and occupational burnout as well as the relationships among them.This questionnaire chose 253 teachers from 8 kindergartens in 4 different parts of Shandong,Jinan,Laiwu,Lingyi to be its subjects,and adopted Preschool teachers'social support questionnaire and MBI-ES written by Zhao Lijun and Role conflict scale written by Maslach to assess the status of social support, role conflict and occupational burnout, and this study also took SPSS20.0 to analyze the data collected,and then discussed and analyzed the relationships among them.The study found that:(1) Kindergarten teachers have higher occupational burnout;(2) There were significant differences in age and teacher working age of occupational burnout among preschool teachers. The scores of occupational burnout the group 36?45 years old and the group above 46 years old were significantly higher than the group under 25 years old and the group 26?35 years old, and the difference between the other two groups was not significant; When it comes to teacher working age,the group above 16 years,the group under 5 years and the group 6?10 years of kindergarten teachers occupational burnout score was significantly higher than the group 11 ?15 years;(3) Material support can negatively predict overall occupational burnout; respect for support can be a positive predictive of personal career sense, negative predictive occupational stress; companion support can be a positive predictive overall occupational burnout;(4) Role conflict can be a positive prediction of personal career sense of accomplishment, negative predictive of occupational workload and stress and work enthusiasm to decay;(5) respect for support can be a positive role in the prediction of conflict;(6) Analysis of regression suggested that role conflicts play a whole intermediary role among material support, respectful support, information support, accompanying support and personal achievements; In the emotional support and personal career sense of the role of some intermediary between the intermediary effect of the total effect of 84% of the total effect of material support, respect for support and occupational stress and stress between the role of all mediation; in emotional support and occupational stress and stress between the part of the role of intermediary,intermediary effect accounted for 71% of the total effect.
