In recent years, with the social from all walks of life to the cause of early childhood education attention degree increasing, people look forward to the kindergarten teachers also increased. Of course, different social groups have different role expectations for preschool teachers, preschool teachers that make undertake social responsibility and occupation role more. So, when the kindergarten teachers can not accurately grasp the role demands, smooth transition of role, role and responsibility of too much trouble, it will make the kindergarten teachers fell into the role conflict. The essence of role conflict is a conflict between the requirements of the role of different, also is the kindergarten teachers in kindergarten, leaders, parents and other interactive, due to inconsistent and even contradictory view each other on the role of kindergarten teachers understand and value, a state of contradiction arising.Product of kindergarten teachers’ role conflict as a kindergarten teacher to interact withothers, have a positive effect not only on teaching, teachers, children, will also have a negative function, bring harm to the development of preschool teachers, preschool education. Therefore, only the help of preschool teachers’ correct understanding and mitigating role conflict, conflict transformation will be a good direction.In this paper, using the research methods of literature and interview, from the angle of sociology, research on kindergarten teacher’s role conflict, discusses the concrete manifestation, the period of social transformation of preschool teachers’ role conflict negative function and hazard, and analyzes factors of kindergarten teachers, kindergarten level from the social level and individual level of preschool teachers role conflict, and on this basis to alleviate the kindergarten teachers’ role conflict problem put forward the corresponding suggestions, with a view to helping preschool teachers to accurately grasp the role, toward the direction of specialization development.
