Research On The Balanced Development Of Compulsory Education In Hekou District Of Dongying City

Compulsory education is a great project to improve the quality of the people and to realize the great Chinese dream.Education cultivates the necessary talents for local economic and social development.In recent years,with the acceleration of economic and social development and the improvement of people's living standards,regional differences of economic development level between urban and rural areas and groups become more and more obvious,and correspondingly,the educational field faced the same problem,there is a serious imbalance between the schools,teachers and education quality.Therefore,narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas,promote the balanced development of urban and rural education is the main theme of educational reform of our country,because it is the fundamental guarantee to accelerate the development of urbanization,it is the requirement of the satisfied education for people,is an important measure to realize the dream of the great Chinese.After a decade of efforts,HeKou has been significantly improved in promoting the balanced development of compulsory education,and the pursuit of high quality,high level equilibrium as a new target of contemporary education,gradually blaze a unique road in local characteristics of the balanced development of urban and rural education.So this paper selects specific area as the research object,through consulting materials and practical investigation,access to a large number of the full analysis of the current situation of compulsory education in the estuary,in hope of providing some useful reference for the study of compulsory education in our country.This thesis first analyzes the present situation,the research importance and background of the compulsory education in Hekou.Based on the actual investigation and study of compulsory education,we will find the reason why compulsory education develops unbalanced.Again on this basis,taking the successful district for further study such as the United States,Japan,Europe and so on,come to an important inspiration for the balanced development of compulsory education.Finally,based on the local situation of Hekou District of Dongying city in the development of education,we should construct the security system for compulsory education.The innovation of this paper lies in: through the full analysis of current status,case study and the successful experiences of home and abroad,we have got an effective method in the balanced development of compulsory education.
