| Dance cheerleading performance by fashionable music,dance and exercise of passion and encouraging momentum team performance and hierarchy formation transform multiport,its outstanding team spirit is the spread of positive emotion,has positive guiding effect on the pupils’ excellent personality development.This study adopts literature data method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method;Zongbei primary school to 86 students as experimental subjects;the main dance Cheerleading Sports teaching forms and methods and corresponding to the contents of experimental teaching,combining students’ sports psychology experiment design theory to carry out teaching experiment;"mental health assessment of students scale" to evaluate the experimental effect.The aim is to improve the level of mental health of primary school students,enrich the campus cultural life of students,and provide practical guidance for students’ extracurricular physical exercise.At the same time,to explore the dance cheerleading exercise potential value,and provide a theoretical reference for the objective of psychological health education in primary school,which will contribute to the dance Cheerleading in the development and popularization of primary school better.Before and after the experiment,the data were analyzed by WPS and SPSS19.0 software.The main results are as follows:(1)the experimental class students through 16 weeks of dance cheerleading teaching experiment,the experimental comparative analysis before and after each score shows that the social emotional disorder,disorder and behavior disorders index to mean the difference was significant(p<0.05),and showed very significant difference in emotional disorder points analysis results(p<0.01).However,there was no significant difference in the data analysis of learning disabilities,bad habits,moral defects and special disorders(P>0.05).(2)through a comparative analysis of the experimental class and control class scale test data after the experiment showed that the scale of the total average T value is 2.361,the corresponding P value of 0.02(p<0.05),showed that the level of mental health of two classes of students have significant difference;there was a significant difference in students’ emotional disorders the social adaptation disorder and behavior disorders(P < 0.01)etc..However,there was no significant difference in learning disabilities,bad habits,moral defects and special barriers(P>0.05).(3)the control class through the traditional sports teaching experiment after 16 weeks of the experiment before and after the total scale and subscales were mean mean no significant changes(P>0.05),there was no significant difference between the control class before and after the experiment,the level of mental health. |
