The purpose of the research:This paper aims at some phenomenon, psychological quality of the young has been increasingly decreased, and the psychological problems arouse. Therefore, the paper is dedicated to making a plan for pupil’s fitness, doing exercise intervention experiment, and discussing the influence of sport on the psychology of the young. According to the data analysis of psychological effect, we can make the evaluation standard of psychological benefits of pupils’exercise, which can be used to be the evidence of the young’s scientific exercise.Object and methods of the research:This study uses the methods of literature, experimental method, questionnaire survey method, and mathematical statistics. Creating design conforms the sports scheme of pupils physical characteristics, Selected1274students include two grades,four primary school in Xi’an city.through the experiment of the intervention of sport, do the questionnaire of psychological benefits before and after the experiment, below is the result from the analysis those data captured.Research result1.Before the experiment, there is the great difference between the boys in five grade and in three grade in the terms of subjective feelings and body value. So dose the emotional activity. However, the score of the sentimental relationship and how to deal with the difficulty is a little smaller than that of the boys in three grade. As to the sentimental relationship, the girls in three grade are remarkably different from the girls in five grade. Their score of subjective feelings, emotional activity, body value and how to deal with the difficulty and the total scores are respectively larger than that of the girls in five grade. in the same grade, there is little difference between boys and girls in the same terms.2.Before the experiment, compared with the students in the normal schools, the scores of the traditional and special schools in the terms of are a little smaller, while the scores of are larger. What’s more, there is no notable difference between every dimension.3. After the ten weeks’experiment of sport intervention, the scores and the total scores of every dimension of boys and girls in the sport intervention team in the three grade increase. The dimension of subjective experience, emotional vitality and the physical value, and the total scores has a very significant difference than before experiment. Third-grade intervention group girls subjective experience have significant differences compared to before and after the experiment, Before and after comparison, Control the control group boys and girls each dimension scores and total scores, have both growth and decline, contrast successive the experiment. After the experiment, boys and girls of the fifth grade in the intervention group psychological benefits of the scores and total scores has an increase than before the experiment. The value of the boys body has a very significant difference than before the experiment; The girl’s emotional vitality and the physical value, has a very significant difference than before experiment. And each dimension scores and tojal scores change of control-control group of boys and girls, is inconsistent before and after the experiment.4. It will be divided into three grade with deviation method, best, better, good. Work our the psychological benefit evaluation standard of girls and boys in grade three and grade five. It indicates that physical exercise brings smaller effect to the testers if the score is good. It indicates that physical exercise bring medium effect to the testers if the score is better.and It indicates that physical exercise bring bigger effect to the testers if the score is best.Main Conclusion:1. There are significant differences about the psychological effects of scores of different ages’student. There are not significant differences about the psychological effects of scores of different gender’Third grade student, there are slightly difference about fifth-grade boys and girls in the physical value and the method to solve the problem. It shows fifth-grade girls enters puberty sensitive period earlier than boys, has corresponding changes in the mental.2. Before the experiment, psychological benefits survey showed that traditional feature school’s student getting scores higher than ordinary schools, but each dimension scores don’t have significant differences. It shows the traditional characteristics school has been improved though the sports.3. After exercise intervention experiment of different age’s pupil, psychological effects of scores of intervention group than the control group increase with a very significant difference. It proves that the exercise intervention programs made in the study, has the positive effect about student exercise psychological effects. Musical accompaniment of calisthenics and fun sport games comply with the characteristics of pupils’physical and mental development.4. According to survey result on the Xi’an pupils psychological questionnaires, making psychological benefits evaluation standard, can evaluate the exercise effect of psychological benefits of body-building, according to gender and grade standards in the elementary students fitness training.
