| School-based teaching and research is based on school as the research base,teachers as research subjects,problems encountered by teachers in teaching practice as the research object.School-based teaching and research will turn advanced education concept into the intrinsic quality of teachers,promote teachers’ professional development,and lay a fast,convenient and efficient path for teachers’ professional development.The core of school-based teaching and research is to solve the practical problems of school education and its aim is to promote the common growth of teachers and students.In recent years,with the vigorous development of vocational education,the scale of Vocational Schools continues to expand,and it trains a large number of high-quality technical workers and skilled talents for the society,but with the rapid development of social economy,technological progress and industrial upgrading needs,talent cultivation quality of secondary vocational education cannot meet the social requirements.The study thinks,to ensure the students’ quality of secondary vocational schools is to improve the professional competence of teachers first,and the most effective way to improve teachers’ professional ability is school-based teaching and research.However,the school-based teaching and research in vocational schools started later,is not yet mature and is still in the development stage,therefore,the study of secondary vocational school teaching and research has important guiding significance.Taking four vocational schools of W city in Gansu Province as the research object of the study,through field observation,questionnaires and interviews based on the four secondary vocational school teaching and research activities,and on the basis of understanding the present situation of school-based teaching and research in the four secondary vocational schools,the study analyzes the current problems,puts forward some strategies according to the problems,and hopes to offer certain inspiration and guidance in the development of school-based teaching and research activities in secondary vocational schools. |
