Ancient poetry is the precious spiritual wealth of the Chinese nation.It inherits the traditional culture of the Chinese nation,embodies the thought of the ancients and contains a wealth of educational content.Their ideas and values are incomparable in many modern works.Because of the characteristics of junior high school students' physical and mental development and the bad effects of social environment,middle school students exposed some problems of lack of personality,such as weak collective concept,the lack of egoistic personality and so on.As the limitations of institutionalization,many Chinese teachers do not regard themselves as teachers of personality education,but more emphasis on students' grades,while ignoring the students' Personality Education.Personality education is the goal of Chinese teaching in junior middle school.And it is also the key to promote the healthy growth of junior high school students.The junior middle school stage is a key period to form a healthy personality.Infiltrating personality education in ancient poetry teaching and improve students' Ideological and moral cultivation not only help to excavate the connotation of ancient poetry,but also are conducive to the healthy growth of junior high school students and the development of healthy personality.This thesis starts from the Chinese personality education in junior middle school and then expounds the concept of personality and healthy personality.It analyzed the personality characteristics of junior high school students combining with the age characteristics and physiological characteristics of them: self-consciousness develops rapidly but along with the resistance and rebellion;emotional experience is rich and delicate but more sensitive and easily mood swings;Willpower is not strong enough and the ability to resist setbacks is poor;the ability to accept information is strong but poor self-controlled ability.The personality of junior high school students is semi naive and semi mature.This requires teachers to give the students the right guidance and the necessary personality education according to the characteristics of the development of junior high school students.At the same time,it analyses the personality education and Chinese personality education according to the variability and the plasticity of personality.Chinese ancient poetry teaching is an important part of Chinese teaching.Chineseancient poetry teaching in Junior School contains rich contents of personality education.Therefore the Chinese teacher should be rooted in Ancient poetry teaching,permeate the personality education while cultivating the students' language ability.Exert a subtle influence on students' Personality Education in the way of infiltration.But there are some problems in Chinese ancient poetry teaching in Junior School,for example,teaching time is too long;teaching content is boring;teaching form is single;teachers' professional quality is low;the enthusiasm of students to learn ancient poetry is not high.The present situation of Chinese ancient poetry teaching in Junior School is not very optimistic.This will influence the personality education in it.Therefore,it is necessary for us to improve teaching methods and the ancient poetry class.Let the personality education permeate in the ancient poetry teaching.And then penetrate into the hearts of students.So as to cultivate students' sound personality.For personality characteristics of junior middle school students and the problems existing in the Chinese ancient poetry teaching in Junior middle School,this thesis puts forward the way of implementing personality education in Chinese ancient poetry teaching in Junior School:promote teachers' professional quality and personality so as to influence students with their own personality charm;understand the author,know the background of writing and feel the charm of the ancients;read Chinese ancient poetry carefully,let the ancient poetry slowly affect the people's thinking and appreciate the charm of the ancients;search for new types of class,feel and experience the personality charm of the ancients from different aspects,think carefully and read out the ancients' personality charm between the lines;promote students' understanding through writing and have thought collision;create democratic classroom atmosphere and respect the subject position of the students.Hope that students can be unconsciously influenced through ancient poetry teaching,and at the same time develop and promote their healthy personality.
