China's rich ancient poetry and prose works contain moral and humanistic spirit,artistically express social life and human feelings,and are the rich content and value guidance of students' personality education."Chinese Curriculum Standard for Ordinary High Schools(2017 Edition)" clearly requires "cultivating students' sound personality" and "promoting students' all-round and individual development".Personality education has become an indispensable part of Chinese teaching in high schools.Based on the records of lectures and questionnaires,it is found that teachers,students and schools do not pay enough attention to the infiltration of personality education with ancient poems.Some teachers failed to establish direct dialogue between readers and ancient poetry texts,and did not pay attention to practice in the process of personality formation.The student's ideal goal is not clear,the ancient poetry accomplishment is insufficient,the theory study and the practice are disjointed;Some schools lack the concept of Chinese personality education and scientific evaluation system.In order to solve the above problems and promote the unity of students' knowledge and practice,this paper makes corresponding countermeasures from two angles: what to teach and how to teach.First of all,this paper sorts out the ancient poems and articles that contain the ideal personality of the literati in the edited high school Chinese teaching materials,and respectively seeks the agreement point between ancient poems and high school students' personality education from four dimensions of sentiment perception,ideological realm,spiritual tolerance and aesthetic implication.Secondly,the teaching countermeasures are put forward from different levels,mainly to enhance the tension in the first class,stimulate the vitality of the second class,improve the school management ability,and promote the tripartite education.Ancient poems stand the test of time and are characterized by foresightedness,popularity and implication.The ancient tradition of "poetry teaching" and the thought of "writing to carry Tao" still have important reference value for today's Chinese personality education.Senior high school students are in a critical period of personality development and urgently need active guidance.This paper is based on the requirements of curriculum standards and teaching practice,hoping to provide some reference for high school students' personality education.
