| The study of the performance evaluation of the virtual learning community is on the embryonic stage,the domestic and foreign related research literature is not so much,a little is just slightly mentioned in the related research of virtual learning community,but the systematic theory system is still lacked and the related practical application is even less.Related evaluation mainly focuses on online learning platform hardware function evaluation,but the contents on the performance evaluation are rarely mentioned,and there is no clear evaluation index forming.First of all,this study fully interprets the connotation and extension of the relevant concepts such as performance evaluation,performance evaluation system,virtual learning community and so on.Then began to research on performance evaluation of the virtual learning community to do preparation,analysis of the virtual learning community three main components: subject,object and guarantee mechanism,and then to interpret role in virtual learning community members,finally a summary what are the influence factors of the performance evaluation of the virtual learning community.In the first part after find out the factors influencing the performance,we use the hierarchy analysis method and the method of logical experience to thin out the elements influencing the performance of evaluation of the virtual learning community,and then to find out the specific measurements.After that,we divide the virtual learning community performance into four levels preliminarily: resources and target orientation,technology and interface designment,interaction and cohesion,community organization and management.This is based on the designment principles of the virtual learning community performance evaluation index.The next stage is to develop a measurement scale to carry on the questionnaire survey,and then to do the data analysis to determine the weight of performance evaluation index of virtual learning community by using the hierarchy analysis method.We will then varify the reliability and validity of the virtual learning community performance evaluation index by SPSS software with the Cronbach’s alpha method and the factor analysis method.Though the verification,we concluded that the performance evaluation index system of virtual learning community is applicable and reasonable for virtual learning community,and on this basis,we will apply the performance evaluation system that we have built into the course "learning science and technology" to do the empirical analysis.The first step is to use the weighted average method to carry out the evaluation that some student does on learning the course.And the next step is to use the fuzzy analysis method to do the overall valuation on the course,so as to determine if the learning science and technology course is successfully designed.We finally conclude that we have built a scientificand reasonable evaluation index system,thereby to make the system of virtual learning community better and improve the quality of teaching and learning of the virtual learning community to contribute to the realization of the teaching goals. |
