With the rapid development of Internet technology, the exchange and communication between people becomes more convenient. At the same time, the development of Internet technology is inevitable to have a great role in promoting the reform of education and teaching.Along with the continuous development of human learning and the improvement of the software and hardware conditions of the corresponding deep learning, virtual learning community has emerged from our daily life. At the same time to create a learning environment across time and space to achieve this dream to achieve. From a certain point of view, in today’s Internet era, the virtual learning community for the people to build a new learning environment and learning interaction space.Virtual learning community needs to be able to play its advantages, and enhance the learning efficiency of learning evaluation. In some ways, learning evaluation can be regarded as the core content of virtual learning community. If there is a lack of practical and feasible evaluation mechanism, the virtual learning community will lose its normative and binding. So study of learners in the virtual community learning activities, to find in the learning activities affect learning playing ability related factors, to create a feasible on virtual learning community learning evaluation index system is of great significance.Based on the background of the rapid development of the virtual learning community, In this paper, a series of research methods of literature research, questionnaire survey and data analysis, virtual learning community learning evaluation this topic research, related research contents and achievements are obtained. The author mainly from the following six parts of this article was written.The first part is the introduction, mainly elaborated the topic research background, research significance, research status and research ideas and methods.The second part mainly introduces the basic theoretical knowledge about the virtual learning community and learning evaluation. Mainly includes the definition of virtual learning community, elements, characteristics, theoretical basis, value and the concept of learning evaluation, purpose and meaning, function and role of some theoretical knowledge. This part of the research has laid a solid foundation for the following content.The third part of the virtual learning community learning evaluation index system for the preparation of the preliminary design. This part mainly introduces the basic meaning, purpose,objective model, value orientation and principles of learning evaluation in virtual learning community. Pave the way for the design of learning evaluation index system.The fourth part introduces the construction process of learning evaluation index system in the virtual learning community. This part is also the core part of this paper. First, through literature research and for their own experience, determine the preliminary index. Then in the form of a questionnaire from screening and determination, obtained level final and two level index. Finally, using the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight coefficient of each index.The fifth part is the application of the practical part of this paper, the design of the evaluation index system is applied to practice. This part mainly uses the weighted average method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry on the practical application.Finally, the final result is satisfactory.The sixth part is the summary and outlook, the main results of this paper, as well as the lack of research, and its future development is prospected.
