| Student training is the core tasks of colleges and universities,and college students’ training files are an important part of college files.However,in the era of big data with the rapid development of information technology,there are many problems in the management of college students’ training files,and their value has not been fully utilized,the archives management of colleges and universities,especially in the process of student training,needs new concepts and technical means.Therefore,based on the background and opportunity of the electronic archives system,this paper constructs a knowledge management model of college students’ training archives,in order to solve the problem of management and utilization of college students’ training archives.Through literature research,this paper understands the current situation and problems of the management of students’ training files in colleges and universities,and analyzes the necessity of knowledge management of students’ training files.By analyzing the knowledge management needs of college students’ training archives,it is found that college students’ training archives have needs for resource integration,decision support,and information association.Then by analyzing the elements and management process of archives single system,it discusses the role of single system in archives knowledge management.It is found that in the single system environment,the application of knowledge management can achieve better management and utilization of college students’ training files: compared with archive digitization,a single system can provide data-driven,standard-compliant data sources for archives knowledge management,as well as archives security and legal validity guarantee,so that archives knowledge formed through knowledge management can be directly in the form of electronic certificates to be used.On this basis,optimize and apply the MRID model,and clarify the knowledge management process of college students’ training archives based on a single system;using the model construction method,construct a knowledge management model based on a single system of college students’ training archives including knowledge acquisition layer,knowledge organization layer,knowledge application and service layer;and use the Protégé ontology construction tool to create an example of knowledge management of college students’ training archives to verify the feasibility of the single-set system-based knowledge management model for college students’ training archives.The knowledge management model of college student training archives based on a single system can semantically correlate the core concepts in college student training archives from the knowledge level to form a rich knowledge of student training archives,so that the value of college student training archives can be fully utilized and improved.At the same time,it will also help to improve the knowledge management level of student training files,give full play to the role of college student training files in evaluating the quality of education and teaching in colleges and universities,and provide colleges and universities with reference and decision support for student training. |
