A good principal can bring out a good school.Principal as a school leader,the quality of the school must depend on the professional accomplishment and professional ability of the principal.It can be seen that the quality of the personal capacity of the headmaster is not only the personal problem of the principal,but also a big problem concerning the development of the school and the revitalization of education.Principals shoulder the arduous task of revitalizing education and the great rejuvenation of the nation.Qilu eminent principals are excellent representatives of principals of Shandong Province.It can promote the development and progress of the province's primary and secondary school principals and also lead teachers to continuously upgrade their professional development,to promote the scientific management of schools,to promote the connotational development of the school,and then to realize the high-quality schools development change.The main contents of the paper are as follows:First,this paper elaborates the reasons for choosing the topic,the purpose and significance of the study,it summarizes the research of eminent principals and the professional development of primary and secondary school principals;meanwhile,it introduces the research methods and procedures,and defines the concept of primary and middle schools' principals,principals' professional development,Qilu eminent principals.Second,it elaborates the theoretical basis,it includes structural function theory,symbol interaction theory and achievement motivation theory.Third,depth interviews were conducted with three eminent principals to collect relevant information on their professional development.It presents key figures,events and their growth process which affects their professional development.Based on this,to interpret from the family environment,the educational environment,work environment,social environment and personality characteristics,consequently presents their professional development process vividly,dynamically and truly.Fourth,this paper summarizes the personal factors and environmental factors that affect the professional development of primary and secondary school eminent principals from the growth process of the three principals.Fifth,according to the factors influencing the professional development of primary and secondary school principals,this paper puts forward the strategies of the professional development of primary and secondary school eminent principals.Sixth,summary and reflection.
