Since 1994,China began to explore the implementation of the tuition system,the problem of poor students became to be the focus issues of college education and government management.Especially in the current emphasis on rejuvenating the country through science and education and the full realization of a well-off society in the context of how to protect the overall level of education to enhance national education at the same time to ensure fairness of government governance and education management of the title.Among them,the national colleges and universities to solve national problems and the establishment of ordinary institutions of higher learning,aimed at cultivating high-quality cadres of ethnic minorities and all kinds of specialized personnel at all levels.Minority student account for a large proportion of ethnic minorities,most of them from remote ethnic minority areas,their family economy is more difficult.It is not only the concern and response to the evaluation of the poor students in colleges and universities in the whole sense,but also the requirement of raising the national work level from the angle of national unity and national development.Based on the reality,this paper elaborates and analyzes the basic theory of autonomous evaluation system,mechanism and operation method of the poverty-stricken students in ethnic colleges and universities under the framework of autonomous evaluation system of nationalities,poor students and poor students in colleges and universities.Based on the analysis,the author finds out the problems of the implementation and effect of the subsidized evaluation system of the poor students in the ethnic colleges and universities,and puts forward the system and mechanism to further improve and improve the financial aid evaluation of the poverty-stricken students in the national colleges and universities.
