The novel is a kind of style,which is highly literary,artistic and thoughtful.And the novel teaching of high school plays a role in comprehending language,nurturing sentiments as well as cultivating mind.The novel characters teaching has been existed as one of the novel teaching important points,while the teaching effect is dissatisfactory.Therefore,basing on a series of problems of the novel character teaching,the author puts forward the corresponding solutions.There are multiple problems about the novel character analysis.This paper focuses on analyzing the main characters from the plain,utility,the types of the typical character analysis and the singleness of the character analysis ways to analyze the existing problems.To solve the above problems,the author puts forward the solutions from the following three aspects:first of all,to try the intensive reading of text.The functions of the text reading in the novel character analysis are irreplaceable,especially the dialogues between characters,the seemingly unreasonable blank and the use of verbs are all worthy of careful scrutiny.Secondly,to try the situational teaching.The aloud reading effect on readers’ comprehension,which is studied here.The situational teaching leads students to grasp the text and the characters,which is more persuasive than the pale language from teachers.Finally,try the diversified interpretation.And the author mainly from multi-angle and multi-subject interpretation those two aspects to explain.
