| This paper studies the complain behavior of 3-6 years old children,the author believes that the research on the children’s complaint behavior can touch children’s hearts,understand their ideas and guide the teachers how to deal with the complicated complaints.In this paper,the author choose a junior class of kindergarten,a middle Class of kindergarten and a senior Class of kindergarten as research subject.Then the author counts and analyzes these data of the types and reasons of the occurrence of children’s complaint behavior and the teacher’s feedback to the children’s complaint behavior to sum up the characteristics of children’s complaint behavior.The research shows that the most children’s complaint behavior appear in free activity,the least appear in teaching activity;the main reason of junior class of kindergarten is from their own points of view and most of the two reasons are the problem of resources possession and bullied by others,the middle Class of kindergarten and senior Class of kindergarten children complain behavior are mainly due to rules;the teachers of junior class of kindergarten feed on complaint behavior with negative feedback,the teachers of middle Class of kindergarten feed on complaint with positive feedback,the teachers of senior Class of kindergarten feedback in neutral.In short,3-6 years old children’s complain behavior have the following characteristics:children’s complain behavior show certain age characteristics;children’s complain behavior have obvious difference in activity types and it appears in free activity mostly;the complain behavior caused by jealousy,revenge others will increase with age;the most two reasons which cause complain behavior are the problem of resources possession and maintenance rules;the teachers’ feedback mode directly influence the occurrence rate of children complain behavior.Finally,based on the characteristics of children complain behavior,the author proposes some corresponding education suggestions:first,take corresponding measures according to the activities types of complain,namely create appropriate activities and a relaxed environment;second,teachers should establish the correct concept,take scientific coping strategies,namely,grasp the opportunity to teach children the correct solution the problem and "throw" the problem to children;last,take corresponding measures according to the characteristics of children complain behavior. |
