Judging from the perspective of interpersonal psychology, the complaint refers to the special interpersonal behavior when the parties use the third-party forces to solve the contradictions that cannot occur between themselves. The child's complaint is a kind of teacher-child interaction initiated by the child when there is some kind of conflict between the child and his peers that cannot be resolved on their own or when the peer's behavior is found to be inconsistent with the collective rules and requirements set by the teacher. The occurrence of child complaints means that the preschool children have developed socially. In the daily life of young children, the frequency of complaint behaviors accounts for about 28% of interactions between teachers and children.Frequent reports have cost teachers a great deal of time and energy.Compared with adults, children are not only a special individual, but their behaviors are also different from adults. Why do children complain? What are their purposes? What are the characteristics of their complaints and how should teachers treat children correctly? The development level of children's cognition, emotional morality and the level of imitation and observational learning of preschool children are factors that affect the behavior of young children. If improper behaviors are dealt with young children, the relationship between young children and peers and between young children and teachers will be affected, and the impact will be on the character and moral quality of children.By observing and recording the actual cases of child complaints, the author analyzes the constituent elements and the time course of child complaints, and classifies the occurrence of child complaints into life activities, corner activities, education activities, outdoor activities and transitions activities. The situation of children's complaint behavior is divided into two types: behavior dilemma and value dilemma. The causes and motives of the child complaint are analyzed from the perspective of children with different ages.In the aspect of teachers' coping strategies, the author summarizes the observed cases and analyzes the ten common teachers: fair judgment, patient guidance, restatement of rules,self-solving,teacher-assignment,criticism of both sides, prejudice judgment, cold treatment, simple perfunctory and intentional neglect with the frequency analysis of these measures used by teachers. Finally, through analysis of the results and in combination with their own practice in kindergartens, they put forward strategies and recommendations for children's complaints.
