Research On The Development Model Of County Community Sports Clubs

With the economic development and social progress,people are more concerned about county sports and social scholars pay more attention to study on its every aspect.Thus,the community sports clubs,one basic organization form of county sports,has attracted much interest as well.The implementation and popularization of public welfare community sports service in county needs county community sports club of Chinese characteristics(community sports club)to be the basic conditions.As an important part of Chinese sports business,the county community sports club is public welfare and not-profit,thus becoming the fundamental basis to enforce and achieve the goal of mass fitness and lifetime sport effectively.This dissertation employs literature study,interviews,field method and logical analysis,etc.to operate a field trip for sports facility and organization of physical activities in community sports clubs of Jiyang County,towns and villages under the perspective of county community sports.Also,it will combine the theories like public-private partnership,lifetime sports,sustainable development and social demand and others to analyze the management of community sports club,in order to set up the practical developmental mode,providing a reference for solving the problems facing sustainable development.Study shows:(1)The distribution of community sports resource in Jiyang presents imbalance,such as the lack of public sports service provided by the government,the imbalance in the distribution of human and material resources like community sports facilities and guiders.Community actual needs for fitness should be taken into consideration when the government carry out the mass fitness plan and allocate the body building resources.(2)Under the guidance of public-private partnership,according to the government’s principle of serving the people,this thesis aims at constructing a management system structure featured with democratic subjects,emotional objects,practical purpose and diversified content,and aims at forming an operating mechanism with satisfying the fitness needs from community members as the internal motivation and encouraging,restraining,evaluating and ensuring as the main content.(3)According to the investigation,Jiyang is divided into three different levels: county,town and village.In view of sustainable development theory and the principle of adjusting according to locality and people,it can connect three main entities,county schools,town middle schools,village primary schools,with all types of fitness squares to establish an entity construction mode with the help of government and society.(4)On account of sustainable development principle,the resources demanded by community sports club,like labor,funds,physical environment,learning and training,culture and organizations,are integrated to build a teacher allocation pattern that is sports instructor-guiding,students-centered and volunteers-assisting,which will accomplish the goal of the most optimal allocation of resources.(5)Considering the local traditional characteristics fitness projects,the general features and co-management elements of brands and the special approaches of the brands in the county sports clubs,county sports clubs brands are supposed to be constructed from three aspects,namely,the brand features,management elements and construction approaches.(6)The county sports clubs learning and practicing network model should be constructed with setting up the learning and practicing network mode as the foundation,accumulating,updating and optimizing the resources as the core,evaluating and supervising the network resources scientifically and objectively as the key,the objects increasing continuously,the contents becoming abundant and various,and the ways becoming personalized as the goal.(7)This thesis can provide some hints for the development of county sports clubs in our country.The study has a few limitations due to taking the samples in Jiyang.This development modes patterns can be applied to other county sports clubs in the counties whose overall conditions are similar.
