| From the innovative culture of "combining Confucianism and law with innovation and innovation" to the county modernization development thought of "complementing morality and punishment with harmonious coexistence",the county modernization development is one of the important parts of the orderly improvement of China’s urban system under the background of Chinese modernization.At the beginning of the new China,with the great attention of the CPC Central Committee and the promulgation of relevant "red + sports" policies,the integration of "red + sports" has become a creative carrier of sports culture construction,the source of sports economic development,and the foundation of sports culture creation.The research follows from the main research line of integration development content analysis,integration development power analysis,integration development strategy suggestions and integration development path,and uses literature method,Delphi method,hierarchical analysis,field survey and other methods to analyze the dilemma of "red + sports" in promoting the modernization and integration development of county areas and its influencing factors.In order to put forward an optimization path for the integration of "red +sports" to boost the modernization development of counties in the new era context.The results are as follows:Firstly,the AHP is adopted to construct the evaluation index system of "red + sports" integration to boost county modernization development.The system mainly includes 1 target layer,4 criterion layers and 19 index layers.Spiritual layer is the basis of perfecting the development of cultural resources.The fundamental layer is the driving force to advocate the open sharing and cooperation of resources;External flooding layer is an important method to expand the introduction of large-scale industry construction;Mixed layer is a quality project to enhance scientific and technological innovation;The target layer leads and promotes the pulse of county modernization development.And then put forward "red + sports" integration to boost the county modernization development of "five forces",that is,driving force is the people’s demand,increasing income is an important basis;The leading power reflects the policy support,and the norm guidance is the fundamental guarantee;Service power is a strong support to improve service and meet the needs of the crowd;The emerging force is the profound force of innovation,progress,improvement and promotion;Centripetal force is the spirit of keeping the right innovation and strengthening the construction of "red + sports" to boost the county modernization.Second,"red + sports" boost county modernization mainly has the following situation: 1)At the level of integration,"red + sports" integration degree is relatively simple,comprehensive benefits are not significant,the implementation effect of practical activities is poor;2)At the resource level,there are key problems such as traffic problems and population imbalance,which hinder the pace of modernization development;3)In terms of education,the red region has a shortage of colleges and universities and weak educational resources;4)At the activity level,the form is monotonous and lack of innovation,and the media resources are not fully utilized to effectively create brand publicity.Thirdly,the following suggestions are put forward: 1)In the aspects of cultural confidence,construction management,industrial revitalization,ecological livable and security system,mutual benefit and cooperation should be made to consolidate cultural deposits,expand diversified construction channels,realize talent reserve,strengthen basic guarantee,create exclusive characteristic business cards,improve management system,and enhance red cultural confidence.2)Strengthen the penetration and integration of resources,cultivate talents,build a solid foundation for the road to enhance industrial restructuring and integration,improve personality,prosperity of value culture,with the concept of symbiosis and mutual benefit,realize the efficient two-way circulation of sports and red advantageous resources,and then effectively form a strong force of "red + sports" to promote county modernization. |
