| At present,the economic and social development of ethnic minority areas in China is relatively backward,and the backwardness of economy restricts the development of sports.Through the interaction between school sports and community sports,we can make full use of limited sports resources to promote the development of sports in underdeveloped areas.In order to control the current Sports interaction between Rural School in Minority Autonomous County in Hunan and Town Community,to explore the rule of interactive development,to promote the development of it,to improve physical health and quality of life of residents and students,and to keep the nation safe.The paper analyzes the current situation and existed problems of the development of rural middle school sports and township community sports in Hunan National Autonomous County by means of literature,interview and questionnaires.The results show that rural middle school professional sports talent resources obvious advantages,the township community is not recognized at all levels of the number of sports backbone of the number of more;rural secondary school sports facilities in the number of facilities than the township community sports facilities,sports facilities,Township community is complete;rural secondary schools compared to the township community to carry out the number of sports activities,schools and communities to carry out joint sports activities,the number of small,smaller.the rural middle school students and township residents in Hunan National Autonomous County all believe that the interactive value of school sports and township community sports is mainly reflected in the development of school sports and the improvement of students’ physical fitness,but lack of understanding of the value of promoting community development;And students have strong desire to interact,and the main desire is to use equipment and sports teacher in school and community.Residents chose to participate in rural middle school sports and township community sports are mainly through schools and communities to do sports fitness knowledge publicity,residents to the school site exercise,etc.,and less chose to enjoy the school held parent-child games and other forms of interaction.Students chose to participate in rural middle school sports and township community sports by interact with fitness knowledge that is,students go to the community site,school to do exercise and participate in community training of sports fitness knowledge.Residents and students believe that the current interactive effect is mainly reflected through schools and students,and updating the concept of interaction,making community sports atmosphere more intense,making interactive management mechanism coordinated have not make any progress,which has proved the interaction in the exchange of ideas and other aspects of interaction not goes well.The interaction between rural middle school sports and township community sports is unorganized,unconscious,lack of system,capital and human security,which has already resulted in the unsatisfactory of interaction.The interaction between the two development concept is backward,lack of interactive system,lack of interactive content,and Interactive form is single,shared effect is not obvious.Interactive communication increasingly frequent,which resulted in increasing financial pressure.In order to improve the scale and quality of the interactive development of rural middle school sports and township community sports in Hunan National Autonomous County,this paper puts forward the formulation of local interactive management policies,the establishment of school and community interaction management institutions;to create interactive conditions,rich interactive content,innovative interactive forms;scientific planning community Sharing sports facilities with schools,and ensuring the maintenance of funds for sports facilities. |
