Flipped Classroom originated from the United States, but in China, experts and scholars also carried out extensive research and exploration of the Flipped Classroom which has attracted particularly attention in domestic educational circle. As a new education concept and teaching model,the Flipped Classroom is a challenge to the traditional teaching model. At the same time, it not only provides an improved and developmental teaching platform for teachers, but also provides an individualized learning platform for students. Currently, Flipped Classroom model is mainly used in scientific inquiry class and in physics theories class; however, regular class for high school physics teaching research is still blank.From theories into practices, this paper carried on the thorough study of the teaching model and teaching practice of the Flipped Classroom based on regular physics curriculum. Firstly, this paper showed the paper's research background, research status at home and abroad, research objectives, research contents and research methods. Then, this paper introduced the Flipped Classroom definition, characteristics, advantages, theoretical basis and compared it with the traditional classroom, etc. Secondly, by analyzing the typical Flipped Classroom model at home and abroad, and combining with the characteristics of high school physics course, this paper designed the teaching model based on the reguar physics course of the Flipped Classroom. According to the model, this paper designed the instructional design of the Flipped case of lenz's law, implemented the design, and made re-examination of the teaching. After analysing carefully, this paper designed and implemented the "transformers" case of the flipped classroom teaching. Again, through the analysis and summary of the after-calss examination, questionnaires and interviews, this paper completed the evaluation of teaching effects of two Flipped Classroom cases. Finally, this paper arrivaled at a conclusion and its insufficiency, and looked into the future of the Flipped Classroom teaching model.Studies show that the teaching case of reguar physics course based on the Flipped Classroom is successful generally. The physics teaching model of the Flipped Classroom is popular among most teachers and students, and at the same time, it is a new challenge for teachers. This model further highlights the subjectivity of students learning, and undoubtedly creates a communication opportunity for the teachers, students and parents.
