The design art education is an important part of modern art education.And its openi ng is mainly to cultivate the students' creative thinking ability, practical ability and aesth etic ability, promoting students' all-round development, to enable students to adapt to th e requirements of the times and to become the personality, mind and consciousness to i mprove the comprehensive implementation of the art design talents. That is not modern was produced, it is closely connected with the development of human culture, whether it is the original grinding stone age animal bones, shells or modern luxury decorations, be autiful costumes, all is for people to meet their own needs, in accordance with the self a esthetic consciousness of the original artifacts and processing design art education is an important component. The design art education, which is an important constituent elem ents in the New Art Education, should become one of the core content of quality educati on in junior high school.The research is based on an innovative Talents States as background. Art and Desi gn education in high school aims to an object of study will be designed to strengthen art s education in secondary art manner, the principle is to be noted as the research content. Through the school art education present situation analysis, and design art application in art education in middle schools and its effects on middle school students of three aspect s, trying to emphasize the importance of strengthen art design education in middle scho ol art education, and the modern fine arts education in middle school art education whic h is relatively weak and not pay great attention to the situation of education are describ ed.This paper contains five parts to carry description:Chapter 1, mainly discussed th e value of strengthening Design·Application modules. Chapter 2, the writer discusse d the basis of how to strengthen the design of art education in middle schools. Also w e demonstrate from three perspectives as the realistic basis, theoretical basis, mechanica 1 problems in art education.Chapter 3 described the principles of design in strengtheni ng middle school art education, from the teachers' teaching principles:freedom, guidanc e, strict three aspects, the principles of teachers in the teaching idea and teaching mode s hould pay attention to, and made recommendations for its effective implementation. Ch apter 4, proposes to strengthen the Design·Application modules approach carried fro m schools, teachers in two ways. Chapter 5, this paper introduced two effective teachin g cases, and took it as the basis of practice. The conclusion through research and practic e some of the ideas put forward, practice and should be further refined, to play, to illustr ated the importance of arts education in middle school design art education and its impa ct on the implementation of middle school students.
