Research On The Teaching Design Of Tour Guide Major In Secondary Vocational Schools Based On The Cultivation Of Innovation Ability

The tour guide service capacity as the tour guide professional required course,mostly in the exam-oriented education is given priority to,the classroom teaching too much emphasis on imparting theoretical knowledge,neglect the humanities knowledge,practice ability,innovation ability,with the trend of China's emphasis on "innovation driven development" deviating.The innovation ability to ascend as the main goal of teaching design to guide the cultivation of the students is very important.Psychology based on the innovation theory,instructional design theory and the theory of man's all-round development,on the basis of a large number of experts and scholars of the research results,from the aspects of schools,teachers and students to conduct the thorough research to the secondary vocational school students' innovative ability training.Use interview method and questionnaire survey,investigation of tourists and students respectively,the survey found the innovative ability of tourists to tour guide personnel demand is higher,in guide language skills innovation skills,guide,the guide emergency handling innovation as well as the skills of tour guide and so on.In the student survey found in schools,teachers and students themselves don't attention to the cultivation of innovation ability,therefore need to change the pattern of training and the method,cultivate more innovative tour guides,to meet the requirements of society.Based on the guide's service ability course teaching design as an example,aims to stimulate students' innovation consciousness,cultivate the students' creative thinking and innovation ability,mainly divides into the teaching goal,teaching strategy design,design of teaching media and teaching design.Through the detailed analysis of the teaching design,and each link of teaching design teaching design,cultivate students' innovation ability.Based on based on the teaching of the course of cultivating the ability of innovation effect is analyzed,it is concluded that this teaching design can partly improve the students' interest in learning,students' mastering knowledge,students prefer to think better.The teaching design also provides reference for guide other courses teaching design,enrich the theory teaching and practice teaching of secondary vocational schools.
