The Chinese textbooks and the Chinese curriculum standards are the organic unity of the whole, they are constantly adjusted and improved in the interaction. On the one hand, the textbook is the basis for the realization of curriculum objectives, it must be reflected in the implementation of the concept of curriculum standards; on the other hand, textbooks and inspection standards are truly important standards. "Compulsory education course standard of Chinese(2011 Edition)" and "Full-time Compulsory Education Chinese course standard(experiment draft)" comments highlight the Chinese curriculum "language use" the essential feature, pay attention to improving the Chinese accomplishment of students, and focus on the inheritance of Chinese traditional culture. The revised curriculum standards further clarify the nature of Chinese curriculum, improve the connotation of Chinese language literacy, but also pay more attention to the heritage of traditional Chinese culture. In addition, it has a profound impact on the 2013 edition of the textbook, such as how to follow the rules of language courses, follow the law of the students to have a positive role in promoting. The 2013 edition of the textbook "in the 2007 edition of the textbook" focus on the overall culture "and the importance of the cultural quality of the cultivation of these two advantages, but also more emphasis on language learning process should be" moving up "". The innovation of this paper is to take vertical comparison, the 2007 edition of the textbook and 2013 edition textbook system of reading and writing system differences between deep analysis, aims to provide guidelines for the 2013 edition textbooks for language teachers to comprehend the,and perfection of teaching materials and the use of the paper puts forward some suggestions.The full text is divided into four parts: the first part: introduction of the research background, purpose, significance, the definition of core concepts and research methods, and related literature research results are summarized. The second part: the preparation of Chinese Textbooks in junior high school, including the curriculum standards on the preparation of teaching materials, "the 2011 edition of the curriculum", the impact of changes in the compilation of textbooks. The third part:compare the similarities and differences between the two versions of Chinese textbooks, and focus on the analysis of the revision of the 2013 edition of the textbook in the reading system and writing system. The fourth part: the overall evaluation and suggestions: points out the advantages and disadvantages of the 2013 edition of the textbook, and puts forward some suggestions for the future textbook revision and the use of textbooks.
