The ideas of Chinese accomplishment demanded in the new Chinese curriculum standardwill require different knowledge of Chinese language than those many years ago. In the firstplace, the thesis searches six PEP new textbooks for all the Chinese language. At the secondplace, the thesis analyzes whether the knowledge of Chinese language could produce a goodeffect on the new Chinese curriculum standard. Based on the analysis we have found theproblems of the knowledge in textbooks in which the quantity is small and the compilation isless reasonable. The present state forces us to find the reasons out . The curriculum standard takes directly guiding function to draw up textbooks, so weshould consider the problems of the knowledge of Chinese language in textbooks from thecurriculum field. Through the analysis and thinking we get the following conclusion: From the noumenon construction aspect, the shortage of the curriculum knowledge is thedirect reason. From influence of theory aspect, the confusion created by contexts is the deepreason. From guiding practice aspect, the curriculum knowledge lacking regularity is theindirect reason. That we take further steps to find the keys to all the whole problems isclarifying the knowledge of Chinese language in the curriculum field. It is hoped that some of the thesis will do good for the construction of our Chinese textbook and make the modernization of Chinese textbook possible.
