Continue to promote the informationization of education and the reform of basiceducation,put forward higher requirements to the teachers’ educational technology ability,Abilityof educational technology has become an important yardstick to measure the level of teachersprofessional technology."Educational Technology Competency Standards for Teachers (Trial)" in2004issued by the Ministry of Education,clear that to improve primary and secondary schoolteachers’ educational technology ability,provide the basis for training future teachers to NormalUniversities,but the training of educational technology ability of normal students still exist manyproblems.This study under the environment of information technology,training mode research onthe educational technology ability of normal students in normal universities.In this study, startingfrom the practice,using the method of document study,questionnaire survey method,interviewmethod and other scientific research methods,to investigate the status of the educationaltechnology ability of normal students in normal universities and the level of the educationaltechnology ability of normal students,on this basis,try to build a training mode of based on"Modern Educational Technology"public course,guide to innovative teaching ideas,from theoryto practice integration of the educational technology ability of normal students,and research onthe result of applying the model.The study is from the teaching reform project of Shandong province “ModelConstruction of The Educational Technology Ability of Normal College Students”.This paperis divided into six parts,the first part is introduction,mainly introduces the background,thepurpose of the study,research content,research ideas and research methods of this research;the second part introduces the theoretical basis ofconstruction of the educational technology ability of normal college students;the third part is asurvey on cultivating normal students’ educational technology ability,including the survey of"Modern Educational Technology"public course,public class teachers,and the normal students,tounderstand the status of cultivating normal students’ educational technology ability through thesesurveys;the fourth part is on the basis of the three parts,construction of training mode of normalstudents’ educational technology ability,include:reform of public courses of “moderneducational technology”, integrated environment to create cultivating normal students’educational technology ability,addition of normal students’ educational technology abilitytraining practice link, to improve the evaluation of normal school students’ educationaltechnology ability;the fifth part is after the implementation of the new model,through theinvestigation and the interview of normal students on teaching practice and public class teacher,to understand the implementation effect of this model;the sixth part is the prospect ofdevelopment and to summarize the research.Practice has proved that this model provides an effective way of training the students’capacity of educational technology ability,hope that through this study can provides the theoryand the method to develop the normal universities’normal students’ educational technologyability,and promote the students’ educational technology ability,to further promote theimprovement of teaching quality.
