| Republic of Korea is one of the countries with the largest number of Chinese learners.In addition to many universities set up Chinese subjects,more and more primary and secondary schools have begun to add Chinese courses.The Chinese teaching of Jeollabuk-do Province has developed as well.This article mainly research the volunteers of 2016thh and 2017th,totally about 31 Chinese volunteer teachers,and sent questionnaires to them in order to understand their teaching situation,psychological situation,as well as all aspects in Korea.At the same time,some volunteers were interviewed by author.Through their real experiences so that analysis the results and summarize the deficiency of Chinese teaching in this area,finally try to put forward some proper solutions and strategies.Through the investigation and analysis on the volunteer teachers in Jeollabuk-do,making suggestions from the three perspectives of the Korea,the China and the volunteers themselves.In order to provide theoretical basis and research model for volunteers management.As the same time to make contribute for promoting Chinese education and Chinese culture to all over the world. |
