Investigation And Analysis Of Chinese Talents For Thai Volunteer Chinese Teachers

Thai volunteer Chinese teachers are not only responsible for Chinese language teaching,but also responsible for the teaching of Chinese talents and the dissemination of Excellent traditional Chinese culture.However,due to the influence of various factors,there are still some problems in the application process of Chinese talents of Thai volunteer Chinese teachers.Therefore,this paper makes an in-depth discussion on the current situation of Chinese talents of Thai volunteer Chinese teachers.Through investigation and research,we found that Chinese talents by Thai volunteer Chinese teachers played an important role in active classroom atmosphere,stimulating Thai students’ interest in learning,enriching teaching content,and vigorously spreading excellent Chinese culture.At the same time,Chinese volunteer teachers’ Chinese talents exists many problems in the present application,including the low talent quality,and Thai students find it difficult to penetrate culturally,Volunteer Chinese teachers have difficulty controlling class order and the application of Chinese talents and Chinese language teaching are disjointed these four aspects.The factors that influence the teaching of Chinese talents of Thai volunteer Chinese teachers can be divided into internal factors and external factors.The internal factors include the volunteers’ Chinese talents,foreign language ability,teaching organization and classroom management ability;The external factors include Thai schools’ support for teaching materials,Chinese talents teaching preparation resources,training of pre-appointment training unit,and talents courses of volunteer units etc.The results show that to improve the Chinese talents accomplishment of Chinese volunteer teachers is helpful to optimize the effect of Chinese talents teaching continuously.Paying attention to the quality of the Chinese talents course in the pre-job training unit is conducive to the long-term development of Chinese volunteer teachers’ Chinese talent accomplishment.Thai students’ understanding of Chinese talents from the cultural level was influenced by both Chinese volunteer teachers and Thai schools.To establish a good order of TCSL classroom is also one of the important means to optimize the effect of Chinese talents teaching.
