Research shows that psychological capital and its four dimensions confidence, optimism, hope and tenacity have important influence on learning burnout,while social supporting has the predictive function to learning burnout as an important external factor. Taking 580 juniors as the research objects, this research initially explores the development situation of psychological capital and learning burnout of juniors by taking the positive psychological capital questionnaire, learning burnout questionnaire of middle school students and social supporting and evaluating table as the measuring tools. At the same time, it explores the relationship of psychological capital, social supporting and learning burnout of juniors, and investigates the intermediary role of social supporting in the influencing process of psychological capital to learning burnout. It adopts SPSS 17.0 and Amos 17.0 as the research data to have statistics. The research concludes the following conclusions:1. The psychological capital total score and self-efficacy, tenacity, hope, optimism four dimensions of juniors in grades all have no significant difference. The psychological capital total score and tenacity, hope, optimism dimensions all have no significant difference in gender, while in self-efficacy, boy students are obviously higher than girl students.The learning burnout of juniors has obvious difference in grade. In all of the dimensions of emotional exhaustion, learning inefficient sense, physiological depletion,students of three grades also have evident difference, while in the dimension of alienation of teachers and students, students of three grades have no obvious significance. Boy students and girl students both have no significant difference in learning burnout total score and all of the dimensions.The social supporting total score and subjective supporting, using degree of supporting of juniors have obvious difference in grades, but students in three grades have no obvious difference in objective supporting. Social supporting total score and all of the dimensions all have no obvious difference in gender.2. Students of different levels of psychological capital have different learning burnout situation. Psychological capital and learning burnout is in negative correlation. That is to say, when the level of psychological capital is high, the level of learning burnout is low.Psychological capital has predictive function to learning burnout.3 .Psychological capital and social supporting exists significant positive correlation.4. Students of different social supporting have different levels of learning burnout.Social supporting and learning burnout of juniors have obvious negative correlation.5. Social supporting plays an intermediary role in the relationship of psychological capital and learning burnout.
