This research adopts the way of measuring the classes, and 493 vocational students were tested with Future orientation questionnaire made by XiaLi、Psychological capital questionnaire made by KuoZhang、Learning burnout questionnaire made by RongLian. We explored the current situation, characteristics and relationships among the Future orientation,Psychological capital, Learning burnout, objective is to provide more information about the research on relationship among the Future orientation,Psychological capital, Learning burnout, to enrich the domestic research and empirical evidence in these areas, to provide more vocational advice and guidance to psychological health of vocational students. The thesis concludes that:(1)The overall level of Higher Vocational Students’ future orientation is higher than the medium level, There is significant difference among gender, grades,major,singleton and non-singleton.(2)The overall level of psychological capital of higher vocational college students is good.There is significant difference among gender,major,singleton and non-singleton.(3)Higher vocational students’ learning burnout is higher than the medium level. There is significant difference among gender, grades,major,singleton and non-singleton.(4)Significantly correlation were found among higher vocational students’ future orientation, psychological capital, learning burnout.(5) Future orientation and psychological capital played an important role in the level of students’ learning burnout. Future orientation and psychological capital have predictive power on the learning burnout,and future orientation play negative mesomeric effect. |
