| Academic burnout refers to the students in the study of loss of interest or lack of learning motivation,feel depressed,physically and mentally exhausted state.The questionnaire was used to investigate the questionnaire of college students’ academic burnout,the questionnaire of teenagers’ time management,the positive psychological capital questionnaire and the social support rating scale.The survey was conducted to investigate the 680 college students’ time management,mental capital,social support and academic burnout.A total of 680 questionnaires were distributed and 624 valid questionnaires were collected.The effective rate was 91.76%.Using SPSS22.0,G-Power3.1.9.2 to obtain the data for statistical analysis,the following conclusions:1.There are no significant differences in gender,professional and students’ places in college students’ social support in terms of gender,specialty,grade,place of birth,school type.There is no significant difference in the scholarship.2.To explore the correlation between college students’ time management,psychological capital,social support and academic burnout.It is found that college students’ time management,psychological capital and social support are negatively correlated with academic burnout,and can effectively predict college students’academic burnout Level.In order to alleviate the current situation of college students’ academic burnout and take the present situation of college students as the starting point,the paper puts forward the educational suggestions to alleviate the academic burnout of college students from the school level and the individual level respectively.From the school level to cultivate the good time management tendency of college students,strengthen the implementation of college students’ mental health education,strengthen the construction of social support network of college students to alleviate the status of college students’ academic burnout;put forward from the individual level to enhance students’ awareness of time management,Mental capital level,broaden the channels for college students to seek social support to alleviate the status of college students’ academic burnout. |
