Time distance, social distance and space distance is three kinds of different forms of psychological distance.This study is based on the trust game paradigm,through the trust game paradigm investigate the effects of which time distance, social distance and space distance on interpersonal trust.Then from the perspective of the construal level theory, in order to evaluate the effect of different dimensions of psychological distance on interpersonal trust, after, further research the psychological mechanism of the effect of different forms of psychological distance on interpersonal trust.This thesis consists of two studies, all of which are based on the trust game paradigm to investigate the influence of psychological distance on interpersonal trust. The first study includes two experiment, single factor experiment within subjects was tested in the first experiment, the effect of four different levels of time distance on interpersonal trust, the result showed that the main effect of time distance was significant. Second experiments were used to single factor design in order to investigate the effect of two levels of space distance on interpersonal trust,the result showed that the main effect of space distance was significant.The second study included three experiments,The first experiment was used design of two factors mixed experiment to investigate the influence of different levels of time distance and social distance on interpersonal trust.The result showed that the main effect of time distance was significant,and the interaction between time distance and space distance was significant.The second experiment was used design of two factors mixed experiment to investigate the influence of different levels of space distance and social distance on interpersonal trust.The result showed that the main effect of space distance and the the main effect of social distance were significant.Third experiment was used the three-factor mixed experimental design.Three independents were included in this experiment,to investigate the influence of the different levels of the three on interpersonal trust.The result showed that the main effect of time distance and the main effect of space distance were significant.Through the analysis of the results of the test, the following conclusions are drawn:1 The effect of psychological distance on interpersonal trust is consistent with the construal level theory. That is, the more psychological distance that is presented to the individual, individuals are more likely to use the abstract interpretation to explain,cause the lower the level of interpersonal trust. The farther away from the psychological distance, the individual is more inclined to the low level of interpretation, resulting in the higher level of interpersonal trust.2 Time distance, social distance, spatial distance of the three kinds of psychological distance of the performance of different forms, but the impact on interpersonal trust have the same psychological mechanism.
