Problems facing agriculture, rural areas and farmers is the key to maintaining social stability foundation, is the development of the cause of the party and national essence, directly related to the overall situation of national development, agricultural has been in the process of national development occupy an important influence, rural development and stability of society will be peaceful, rural people rich countries to be rich and powerful. But, at present, agricultural development still become the main factors restricting China’s economic and social development, especially the rural construction, the development is slow, not only seriously restrict the rural development, is very difficult to meet their needs about rural culture.
