Farmers’ living standards have improved significantly, who were looking forward to the "cultural renaissance" after the "well fed". SWOT analysis as a scientific analysis tool with clear, concise, specific features, the use of this method can be detailed investigation from a strategic management perspective advantage of the province’s rural culture, weaknesses, opportunities, threats and other conditions, thus to form a scientific system to promote the next step work.Through SWOT analysis, we can have a scientific understanding that the current rural cultural construction in our province has profound traditional culture, rich folk cultural resources, carry forward the spirits and culture of the majority of the great advantages such as increased spread of vector; but it also faces the disadvantages of the obstacles of urban-rural dual structure, farmers own quality is not high, the damage of famer’s cultural interests, and mal-development of cultural products market. Meanwhile it comes the opportunity of another top-level design of government support, the transition across the opportunity to demand rising peasant culture, cultural integration unique opportunity to enhance interaction and other cultural disadvantage to be overcome when there are cultural conflicts, lack of outward lost the dominant position of the farmers, the cultural talent and the negative impact of the market economy and threats.
