In today's commercial market, design can effectively improve the brand value. However,in the fierce market competition, medical service agencies are in a highstate of monopoly, and those who seeking differentiations in the business of brandpromotions are completely different. The use of design is luxury in the medicalfield. However, some changes have taken place in this field in recent years.Withthe improvement of people's living standards, the medical reform has become morewidely.People are willing to invest more in the health and lives of themselves andtheir families,so they feel more comfortable in the medical process. With the ideaof service design in the aspects of children's medical services, enhance the userexperience in the country has drawn more people's attention.Especially,in the areaof children's health, they need more emotional attention while facing the sameproblems as adults.Compared with foreign cases,we found that domestic attentionto the service and medical experience in the medical field is insufficient, and thedevelopment of children's medical care is imperative. In this paper,we use service design tools and conduct research on them toinvestigate children's medical services through sample research and textualmaterials. To study the user behaviors, user needs, user expectations and the gapbetween their expectations and realities, and behavioral processes in all stages ofchildren's medical services,we are continuously studying the user's pain points tosatisfy their potential needs,in order to discover the break through point for thedesign. Two of the more obvious pain points are "emotional care" and "informationcommunication." in the future, solving these two issues will be the key point for thedevelopment of children's medical service organizations towards a morecomfortable, humanized and commercial direction.
