Clinical Observation Of Acupotomy Combined With Panlongqi Tablets In The Treatment Of Blood Stasis Type Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective: Through clinical observation,to explore the clinical efficacy,superiority and safety of acupotomy combined with Panlongqi Tablets in the treatment of blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation,and to provide clinical reference for further improving the clinical efficacy of the disease and improving the quality of life of patients.Methods: From February 2022 to December 2022,80 patients with lumbar disc herniation of blood stasis type who were admitted to the Department of Orthopedics,Shijiazhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(40 patients)and observation group(40 patients)by random number table method.The control group was treated with a single oral Panlongqi Tablets,with 4 tablets each time,once a day in the morning,middle,and evening;the observation group was treated with both acupotomy and oral administration of Panlongqi Tablets,with acupotomy performed every 7 days.The oral administration of Panlongqi Tablets was the same as that of the control group.The treatment time of each group was 1 course of treatment,namely 21 days.The VAS score,LFR,TCM syndrome score,JOA score and safety of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and recorded.The statistical software SPSS25.0 was used to sort out and analyze the data,so as to comprehensively analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of acupotomy combined with Panlongqi Tablets in the treatment of blood stasis type LDH.Results:(1)During the treatment period,both groups of patients experienced detachment,with 4 patients in the control group and 4 patients in the observation group each.In the end,there were 36 patients in the control group and 36 patients in the observation group.There was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease,VAS score,LFR,TCM syndrome score and JOA score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).(2)VAS score: After the treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both methods can reduce the pain of the waist;the comparison between the two groups showed that the results were statistically different(P<0.05),and the observation group had better efficacy.(3)JOA score: After treatment,the JOA scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).Compared between the two groups,the JOA score of the observation group increased more significantly(P< 0.05),indicating that the scores of the two groups were improved.The observation group had more advantages than the control group in improving lumbar function and daily activity ability.(4)LFR: After treatment,the LFR values of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the two groups,the improvement of LFR in the observation group was more prominent(P<0.05).(5)TCM syndrome score: After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the two groups,the decrease of TCM syndrome score in the observation group was more significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment effect of the observation group was more ideal in improving TCM syndrome.(6)Efficacy evaluation: Compared between the two groups,the total effective rate of the control group and the observation group was 80.56 %and 94.44 %,respectively,with statistical difference(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical efficacy of acupotomy combined with Panlongqi Tablets therapy is better than panlongqi Tablets therapy.(7)Safety evaluation: During the whole treatment process,no dizziness,palpitation,elevated blood pressure,drug allergy,hematoma,nerve injury and postoperative infection occurred in the two groups,and the clinical safety was high.Conclusion: Acupotomy combined with Panlongqi Tablets therapy and Panlongqi Tablets therapy in the treatment of blood stasis type of lumbar disc herniation have a clear effect on improving the symptoms of lumbar stiffness pain,limited activity,leg numbness,pain,etc.,and have obvious advantages in improving TCM symptom scores.Acupotomy combined with Panlongqi Tablets therapy is superior to Panlongqi Tablets therapy,with greater superiority.The method of acupotomy combined with Panlongqi Tablets in the treatment of blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation is worthy of clinical promotion.
